You may access and print unofficial copies of your academic transcript from the Student Records area of your My.southwest account, and you may also request mailing of an official Southwest Tennessee transcript.

To request an academic transcript from Shelby State Community College or State Technical Institute complete the Request for Academic Transcript (PDF requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) form. Once completed fax the form to the Admission and Records office on the Macon Cove or Union Avenue Campus.

Please be advised of the following information as you request transcripts:

• There is no fee for transcripts.
• Transcript requests (official and unofficial) will be processed within two business days of the request. The two-business-days turnaround time also applies to walk-in requests.
• Requests to fax transcripts to agencies and other institutions will be processed within two business days of the request. Transcripts will not be faxed to individuals.
• During peak periods (i.e. registration, grading periods, etc.) the processing time will be at least five business days.

Please note that the indicated processing times will be adjusted should the need arise as a result of computer difficulties or other circumstances that are beyond our control.
