Priority deadline to submit an on-line application for Foundation Scholarships was March 15. The on-line application process is open to accept additional applications.
For example:
1. A letter of recommendation(s) from a counselor, teacher or others should be turned in to the Financial Aid Office, Macon Cove Campus, Farris Room 2102 no later than March 15.
2. Apply for scholarships for which you meet the qualifications.
3. Scholarship applications submitted before or by March 15 will be given priority consideration.

___ High school or college transcript are to be received by the Southwest Admissions
and Records office by March 15.
___ Complete application for admission to Southwest
___ Complete application for federal financial aid - (FASFA) online:
www.fafsa.ed.gov
___ Minimum high school or college GPA (varies per Scholarship)
___ If required, two letters of recommendation in a sealed envelope, sent to
the Financial Aid Office, Macon Cove Campus,
Farris Room 2102 and received no later than
March 15.
