Any remaining Pell Grant funds due a student in excess of the book allowance will be made available after class attendance has been verified for the first two weeks of the term.
Starting Wednesday, September 13, 2017, all grant refund checks will be mailed daily via the U.S. Postal Service to the primary mailing address reflected in your My.Southwest account. Please ensure the mailing address is correct to prevent any delay in receiving your check. If changes are needed visit Admissions and Records on the Macon Cove or Union Avenue Campus.
