Find My Advisor

Follow the steps listed below to look up your advisor online.

  1. Login to My.Southwest
  2. Select the New My.Southwest Portal located on the left side of the screen
  3. Enter your Student username and password
  4. Select the Self-Service icon, located on the left side of the screen under the Quick Launch heading
  5. Select the Student tab
  6. Locate and select the Find My Advisor link
  7. Choose the correct term from the Select a Term drop down menu on the Registration Term page
  8. Select Submit

If you have not been assigned to a faculty advisor, please contact the department of your major. If your major is undeclared, please contact advising and counseling at (901) 333-4594 or (901) 333-5122.

If you have received your username and password for My.Southwest and are having problems accessing your account please contact the helpdesk at (901) 333-HELP (4357) during regular business hours (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.).
