OFFERS TWO FREE SEMINARS THIS FALL
Southwest Tennessee Community College’s Computer Resource Center at 5983
Macon Cove, in partnership with the American Society for Training and
Development (ASTD), will offer the following free monthly seminars this
fall:
September 17 Hierarchy of Learning
There are so many ways you can learn with today’s technology. There’s
instructor-led training in the classroom, computer-based training, online
training, online message boards or a combination of these. This course
will give you an overview of these training options, along with learning
management systems to organize and track the training.
October 31 QuickBooks, Tips, Tricks and ways to run your business better
This 45-minute session will include information to help you better utilize
your accounting software package. You will cover writing custom letters to
all clients, setting up users preferences, connecting your bank to
QuickBooks, setting up security, and knowing when you have outgrown your
accounting software.
