Southwest’s Community
Relations and Marketing Department wins State-wide honors

Southwest’s Community Relations and Marketing Department has been
honored with several awards from the Tennessee College Public Relations
Association (TCPRA). The awards, which were judged against 150 other
entries from across Tennessee, included a Gold award for the College’s
newspaper print ad series from the 2004-2005 campaign; Silver award for
the television commercial from the 2004-2005 campaign; Bronze award for
the print ad “Road Signs” from the 2004-2005 campaign and a Bronze award
for the 2004-2005 Viewbook and Interactive CD program. The 2004-2005
advertising campaign is produced in conjunction with archer>malmo.
The TCPRA is an association of public relations professionals from
public and private colleges across Tennessee.
The awards were given out at the Association’s spring conference at
Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee.
