Southwest wins Paragon Awards
Southwest was honored with three gold and one bronze prestigious Paragon
Awards at the Thirty-second Annual Conference of the National Council
for Marketing and Public Relations (NCMPR) in Austin, Texas. The winning
Southwest entries were in the categories of innovation in technology and
radio advertising.
The Paragon Awards recognize outstanding achievement in communications
at community, junior and technical colleges. It is the only national
competition of its kind that honors excellence exclusively among
marketing and public relations professionals at two-year colleges. This
year, more than 80 judges from around the country reviewed nearly 1,900
entries. NCMPR today has more than 1,550 members from more than 600
colleges across the United States, Canada and Bahamas.
