BUSY WEEK FOR SOUTHWEST SOFTBALL TEAM

The Southwest softball team will play four days this week including three home dates at Buckhead Creek Recreational Complex, the new home of the Lady Saluqis.

Southwest, off to a 1-0 start this season after defeating Rhodes College 8-1 on February 15, will host Crowley’s Ridge College on Tuesday, February 28. The Lady Saluqis will then travel to Senatobia, Mississippi on Wednesday, March 1 to take on Northwest Mississippi Community College before returning home on Thursday, March 2 to play Central Baptist College. After a day off, Southwest will host Southeastern Illinois College on Saturday, March 4.

Times for all games this week will be 2 p.m. with the exception of Saturday’s game which will begin at 3 p.m. The Buckhead Creek Recreational Complex is located on Highway 70 just east of Germantown Parkway.
