SOUTHWEST SOFTBALL HOSTS PLAY DAY

The Southwest softball team will host the third annual Lady Saluqis’ Play Day October 6-7 at the Buckhead Creek Recreation Complex. Five colleges will participate in the event which gets under way at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 6 when Southwest takes on Bethel College. The Lady Saluqis will also play Jackson State Community College at 5 p.m. on Friday.

On Saturday, October 7, Southwest will play three games. At 11 a.m., the Lady Saluqis will play Rhodes College, followed by games at 4:15 p.m. against Bethel and 6 p.m. against Dyersburg State Community College.

The Buckhead Creek Recreation Complex is located on Highway 70 approximately ½ mile east of Germantown Parkway.

Saturday, October 7
