For Immediate Release Sophomore guard Myron Strong, who led the Southwest men's basketball team to a 27-3 record, the Region VII Tournament Championship, a number four national ranking, and an eighth place finish in the NJCAA National Tournament, has been named second team NJCAA All-American. A University of Texas-El Paso signee, the 6'2" Strong averaged 14.2 points per game this season with a team-high .797 free throw percentage and also ranked among team leaders with 87 assists and 73 steals. He was voted All-Tennessee Community College Athletic Association (TCCAA), All-Western Division, All-Region VII Tournament, and TCCAA Player of the Year. ### Cutline: Myron Strong
