Three members of the 2010-11 Southwest mens basketball team have signed with four-year universities to continue their education and basketball careers. They are:
- Gary Love, a 64 guard from Jackson, Mississippi, has signed with the University of Tennessee-Martin. Love averaged 8.5 points and 2.2 rebounds per game last season as a sophomore for Southwest and scored a season-high 14 points against Jackson State.
- Martin Mitchell, a 60 guard from Christian Brothers High School in Memphis, has signed with Washburn University. Mitchell averaged 8.7 points per game last season for the Saluqis and led the team with 89 assists. He scored a season-high 27 points against Cleveland State and had a near triple-double with 14 points, nine rebounds and nine assists against Clarkview Academy.
- Marshall Bonds, a 67 forward from North Little Rock, Arkansas, has signed with Texas A & M University-Kingsville. Bonds averaged 4.3 points and 4.0 rebounds per game last season for Southwest and was also among the team leaders with 20 blocked shots. He had season-highs of 14 points against Volunteer State and 11 rebounds against Cleveland State.
