Financial Aid - Scholarship and Criteria

Donna T. Springfield Nursing Scholarship

One academic scholarship for tuition/fees, textbooks, and supplies are available to a student(s) enrolled in the Nursing Program.

Criteria:

  1. Applicants must be the spouse of a Collierville Police Officer.  
  2. Full-time or part-time student planning to major in or is enrolled in the Nursing Program.  
  3. Minimum 2.0 GPA  
  4. Scholarship is renewable if all above requirements are met.

Procedure: Submit application to the Southwest Tennessee Community College Financial Aid Office by March 15.

Selection Process: Southwest Tennessee Community College Scholarship Committee narrows field of applicants to four, whose applications are forwarded to the donor’s scholarship committee for selection of the recipient.
