Financial Aid - Scholarship and Criteria

Kimberly-Clark Corporation Working Scholars Scholarship

One scholarship is available for tuition and fees for four academic semesters (12 hours or more $500; 1–11 hours not to exceed cost of $500). Scholarship is renewable provided a semester 2.5 GPA and cumulative 3.0 GPA are maintained.

Criteria:

  1. Full-time or part-time student enrolled for a minimum of six credit hours per semester  
  2. Minimum 3.0 high school or college GPA  
  3. Tennessee resident or exempt from paying out-of-state tuition  
  4. 20 hours per week of verifiable employment  
  5. Applied for and found to be ineligible to receive federal financial aid at Southwest

Procedure: Submit application to the Southwest Tennessee Community College Financial Aid Office by March 15.
