Scholarship and Criteria

Tommy Deutsch Memorial Endowed Scholarship

One scholarship is available for tuition and fees per academic year ($1,500/year, $750 for each semester). Scholarship is renewable.

Criteria:

  1. Full-time Information Technology degree-seeking student with a concentration in non-programming  
  2. New or currently enrolled student  
  3. Must maintain GPA of 2.5  
  4. Must not be the recipient of any other scholarship

Procedure: Submit application to the Southwest Tennessee Community College Financial Aid Office by March 15.

Selection Process: Southwest Tennessee Community College Scholarship Committee narrows field to three applicants, whose applications are forwarded to the Tommy Deutsch Memorial Scholarship Committee.
