Meridith M. Rucker, Human Resources Advisor
Meridith M. Rucker began employment at Southwest in 2009. Rucker has five years of experience in corporate communications and three years experience in Human Resources. Her current functions include working on special projects such as updating the Human Resource website and handbook materials, assisting with reviewing and investigating charges of discrimination and harassment, editing EEO/Affirmative Action paperwork and other internal and external documents as needed. Rucker received a Bachelor of Speech Communication and Theatre from Tennessee State University in 2005, and a Masters of Journalism from New York University in 2007.
