Videotaping Services

Requirements

• Request for video taping services should be submitted five working days in advance.
• Classroom instruction, general assemblies such as seminars, workshops, convocations and special college meetings will be videotaped after a Magic Service Desk request is submitted five days prior to the event. The department is not staffed to accommodate last minute request for videotaping.
• Videotaping will be performed in the television studio or on location.
• Videotaping equipment is available for check-out in cases where Multimedia Services and Digital Production staff is unavailable to assist.
