Office Proficiency Assessment and Certification (OPAC) Testing

Office Technology majors are required to take the Office Proficiency Assessment and Certification (OPAC) test the last semester before graduation.

This test is given in addition to the Educational Testing Service [ETS] Proficiency Profile that all Southwest graduates must take. The OPAC test results are used for Office Technology Department purposes.

Note: The OPAC is a computerized test and will take approximately four hours to complete. Prior registration is required to take the OPAC.

Eligible students will need to register for the OPAC test, remember to obtain a Concentration Review Sheet.

Testing Information

The OPAC testing dates have not been set for the current semester.
