This objective of this concentration is to prepare graduates in using the UNIX and Linux Operating Systems in today's IT environment.  The graduate learns both programming and administration of the operating system in respect to business applications and internet presence.  In addition, this concentration helps prepare graduates for the first level Linux industry certifications.
