• Promote the development of proactive interventions to support the improvement of retention and graduation rates
• Monitor the implementation of retention and graduation initiatives for performance measures and success
• Recommend institutional strategies based upon data for continuous improvement in retention and graduation rates
• Facilitate partnerships in decision making across the College
