Non-traditional Student

To start the process of applying for the Tennessee Education Lottery Scholarship (TELS) also known as the HOPE Lottery Scholarship, all non-traditional students to Southwest must check the HOPE Scholarship Guide for Non-traditional Students to determine if you are eligible.

If you believe you meet the criteria after reading the information all non-traditional students to Southwest must:

1. Complete an online admissions application for admission to Southwest.
2. Request an official high school transcript or GED be sent from your high school to Southwest at the following address:
