Florence Randall Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Southwest scholarships are dependent upon availability of funds and may not be awarded every year.

A completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application is required for all types of financial aid awarded at Southwest including scholarships. You must complete a FAFSA application even if you do not believe that you are eligible for grant programs.

Florence Randall Memorial Endowed Scholarship

One full scholarship(s) is/are available for the academic year. Scholarship is renewable for the second academic year, provided a 2.5 GPA is maintained.

Criteria

1. Must be a Tennessee resident
2. Must have started scholastic pursuits in at least one learning support course
3. May be currently enrolled in developmental courses
4. Must be a second semester student at Southwest
5. Demonstrated financial need optional, must not receive other Southwest Scholarship
6. Enrolled in any degree program
7. Scholarship is renewal after one semester and year provided student maintains a 2.5 GPA
8. Applicant must have received a high school diploma or a GED to be eligible.

Procedure

Submit application (opens new window) to the Southwest Tennessee Community College Financial Aid Office by March 15.
