Faculty

The Southeast Center houses full-time faculty and other faculty based at the main campuses who are scheduled to teach at the center. Numerous adjunct faculty round out instructional needs at the center. Small classes assure a high level of individual attention and faculty dedicated to the success of every student. In addition to teaching, faculty are available as advisors and mentors to students.

Ongoing Project

Construction is currenlty under way for Southwest's new replacement center for the Southeast Center, the Maxine A. Smith Center. The new center is dedicated and named for Dr. Maxine A. Smith, a longtime civil rights and education leader locally and in our state.
