Requesting a General Educational Development (GED) Transcript for College Admission

If you have taken the GED^® test and are now required to submit the transcript for College admissions follow the directions below:

I took my GED^® in Tennessee

• If you took your GED^® in the state of Tennessee, you may request your GED^® transcript from the Testing Center at the Macon Cove or Union Avenue Campus. The fee for this service is $5 payable in the Cashier's Office at the Macon Cove or Union Avenue Campus.
• Please complete the Southwest Request for Official Tennessee GED^® Transcript form (Adobe PDF, requires Adobe Reader) and submit to the Testing Center.

I took my GED^® in a State other than Tennessee

If you have taken the GED^® in a state other than Tennessee, please request that your official scores be forwarded to:
