Pre-Paramedic/MMPI Examination

Students desiring admission into the Paramedic program at Southwest must complete the following examinations as part of the departments special admissions process:

Pre-Paramedic Entrance Exam
Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI-2)
COMPASS/ESL
Anatomy and Physiology

The Pre-Paramedic Entrance Exam and the MMPI-2 Exam will only be given at the Union Avenue Campus.

There are no test dates available at this time.

You must attend one of these dates and take both tests. You must pay a $25 non-refundable fee before the test date and take the receipt to the Testing Center to schedule an appointment. Seating is limited for each testing date. You may also be required to submit the results of your COMPASS/ESL test or a letter from the Testing Center stating that the test is not required on the date of your interview.
