Employee Fitness Class Schedule

The classes shown in the table below are open to all Southwest employees and their families. No pre-registration, or advanced notice is required to attend. Just show up in work out attire at the location listed on the schedule; weights and mats are supplied. Take a moment and review the Class/Event descriptions. All Class/Event offerings are sponsored by a generous grant from the Cigna Health Care Foundation.

Class/Event Descriptions

Boot Camp - a camp that specializes in the focus of strength training, gaining muscle tone, flexibility, cardio endurance and improving your overall health and appearance.

Circuit Training - a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Fit and Tone (without sweating) shape up the muscles and get rid of the "jiggle."
