 APPLY FOR ADMISSION TO PROGRAM
1. Complete and submit the Special Admissions form to Admissions and Records
before Feb. 1 for Fall semester start or Oct 15 for Spring semester start.

2. Once offered a seat in the Nursing program, students must complete all requirements (background check, drug screens, etc.) by stated deadlines to be fully admitted.

General Advising Notes

Students applying to the nursing program seeking fall admission must complete the application (including the NLN exam) by February 1st. Those seeking spring admission must submit applications by October 15th.

*Please review articulation agreements for general education courses needed to
transfer for BSN completion.

Taking a semester of general education courses before applying to the nursing program is recommended; science course grades earn bonus points in the admission index score.

Milestone Courses

Based on prior students’ experience, students who do well in these courses are more likely to graduate on time in this program.
