Due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns, Southwest Workforce & Community Solutions, a division of Southwest Tennessee Community College, has canceled all continuing education classes through April 30, until further notice. Classes that were in session are on pause until faculty and students are allowed back on campus.
“We appreciate the patience and understanding of our continuing education students as we move through this pandemic together,” said Anita Brackin, associate vice president, Workforce and Economic Development and Continuing Education. “Our desire is to provide information about online educational resources that are available for individuals looking to quickly upskill or for those wishing to change careers.”
Online options include short, six to eight week courses and more advanced professional courses that often lead to industry certifications. These online options cover a variety of sectors including Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, Education and more.
