The institution will continue to pay current Federal Work Study students wages based on their hourly rate and scheduled hours of work weekly. Ms. Adrianne Fields, Federal Work-Study Coordinator, will be updating the students’ hours in Kronos, using a special code provided by Payroll to ensure all students are paid for scheduled hours. Federal Work Study Supervisors, On & Off-Campus, are not required to take any action during this time.
All study abroad programs scheduled have been canceled. Any fees paid to the College are being refunded. If you have any questions, please contact Jessica Miller at internationalstudies@southwest.tn.edu.
