Need Help: Meet with a Librarian

If you need help meet with a Librarian, we offer two options.

We’re Online

Use the live chat service to get help from a librarian. We offer the service Monday through Thursday 8 a.m.–7:30 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m.–11:30 a.m and Saturday 8 a.m. -11:30 a.m. when scheduled. For times when the Chat service is offline, you can send an email.

Contact a Librarian by texting 901-310-3889. This service is offered Monday through Thursday 8 a.m.–7:30 p.m., Fridays 8 a.m.–11:30 a.m and Saturday Hours 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. when scheduled. After-hours messages will be answered the following business day.

Embedded (PAWS)

Librarians are assigned to work with you and your instructor throughout the course of the semester. Locate “Ask a Librarian” on the class list in PAWS and post a question. Be as specific as possible to reduce delay.
