Navigate is our new mobile app that helps you take charge of your student experience here at Southwest. Navigate includes links to resources on campus that will help you be successful, a To-Do list that helps you keep track of upcoming deadlines for admissions, Financial Aid and advising/registration, and an engaging calendar of events for your campus involvement.  Navigate is also the primary tool for you and your Professional Academic Advisor to connect, schedule appointments, and plan your academic career at Southwest. Chromebook

Reserve a Chromebook by accessing the Chromebook Checkout. Chromebooks are available and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have additional questions regarding Chromebook checkout, email Macklin Gipson at studentsuccess@southwest.tn.edu and there will be a response in a timely manner. Chromebooks are only available for checkout on the following dates (Monday, March 23 and Tuesday, March 24, between 9 a.m.-3 p.m.) at the Macon Cove Library HelpDesk. Students will be able to use their Chromebook for the remainder of the semester.

NOTE: You will need internet or wi-fi access off campus to get full use of this resource. Chromebooks must be returned and in good condition by semester end.

  • Charter Internet: Free broadband and wifi for 60 days for students do who not already have an account. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395.
  • Comcast Internet: Comcast’s is offering its Internet Essentials service to those households eligible for public-assistance programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Housing Assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, or SSI. Applicants can visit internetessentials.com to enroll in the program; they may also call (855) 846-8376 for English or 855-765-6995 for Spanish.
  • AT&T Internet: All AT&T consumer home internet wireline customers, well as Fixed Wireless Internet, can use unlimited internet data. Additionally, AT&T will continue to offer internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 a month through our Access from AT&T program. AT&T has expanded eligibility to Access from AT&T to households participating in the National School Lunch Program and Head Start. Additionally, AT&T is offering new Access from AT&T customers two months of free service.
