- Click on the “Help Desk (Quick Ticket)” link
- Click on “Physical Plant”
- You will be redirected to the Dude Solutions login page
- User Name: Enter your Southwest email
- You will be redirected to the Southwest login page
- Enter your information and submit
- You will be redirected to the Request page of Dude Solutions
