Eligibility for Both Awards

The employee…

  • has completed 3 years of service at Southwest Tennessee Community College.
  • demonstrates exceptional follow-through when handling requests and complaints.
  • goes above and beyond the normal job requirements to deliver noteworthy service.
  • serves as a role model through positive interactions with customers.
  • transforms complaints into valuable feedback.
  • handles all customer interactions in a fair and judicious manner.
  • efficiently and effectively meets customer needs.
  • demonstrates superior interpersonal communication skills
  • creates a welcoming and caring atmosphere for all customers.

Self-nominations are accepted.

Nominations are solicited via email during the spring of every year.
