- has completed 3 years of service at Southwest Tennessee Community College.
- demonstrates exceptional follow-through when handling requests and complaints.
- goes above and beyond the normal job requirements to deliver noteworthy service.
- serves as a role model through positive interactions with customers.
- transforms complaints into valuable feedback.
- handles all customer interactions in a fair and judicious manner.
- efficiently and effectively meets customer needs.
- demonstrates superior interpersonal communication skills
- creates a welcoming and caring atmosphere for all customers.
Self-nominations are accepted.
Nominations are solicited via email during the spring of every year.
