Free COVID-19 testing sites to open this weekend across TennesseeGovernor Bill Lee on Wednesday announced the State of Tennessee, in partnership with the Tennessee National Guard, is adding 15 drive-up testing sites across the State that will open this weekend.

Testing will be free to any Tennessean that desires a test, regardless of symptoms or any contacts that they may have had. In addition, drive-through testing sites will be available April 25-26 and May 2-3.

Drive-through sites in the Mid-South will be in the following locations:

Tipton County
Sat., April 18, noon – 3 p.m.
Brighton High School
8045 Highway 51 South
Brighton, TN

Fayette County
Sun., April 19, noon – 3 p.m.
Oakville First Baptist Church
8695 Us Hwy 64
Somerville, TN

Madison County
Sun., April 19, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Jackson Fairgrounds
800 South Highland Ave.
Jackson, TN

As of Thursday, April 16, there were 6,262 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Tennessee and 141 Tennesseans had lost the battle with the virus.
