Andrew MillerAndrew Miller, who set a Southwest baseball single season home run record with 18 this spring, was selected first team All-TCCAA in a vote by the conference’s coaches. He shattered the old record of 13 which was set by Elvis Sosa in 2006. A Bartlett High School graduate who transferred to Southwest from Christian Brothers University, Miller hit three homers against both Volunteer State and Roane State and drove in nine runs against Volunteer State, which were Southwest records for a single game.

Miller played outfield and catcher for the Saluqis this season and, in addition to home runs, led the team with 5 triples, 44 runs scored, 51 runs batted in, 27 bases on balls, .426 on-base average and .748 slugging average.
