Appointments can be requested in one of three ways:

Option 1: (Preferred Option)

• To schedule an advising appointment, log in at: https://swtn.navigate.eab.com
• To log in:
  
  • Use your Username@southwest.tn.edu, which is your Southwest email
  • Add your password.
  • Click on "Appointments."

Call the Office of Advising, 901.333.5122

Option 3

Complete the Online Advising Request Form at www.southwest.tn.edu/advising/advise-form.htm.

If your grade could be improved, know that tutoring is available! If you have the Navigate app, follow the instructions to Get Assistance and make an appointment for tutoring just like you made an appointment for Advising.

If you’re on a computer, please log into Navigate (https://swtn.navigate.eab.com) either in the My.Southwest.tn.edu portal or select below “Make An Appointment” on the ASC webpage. Once you’ve logged in, please Select “Get Assistance.” Locate in the dropdown menu “Academic Support/Tutoring,” and then select your Service as “Tutoring.” Please, then select your course, tutor, and time.
