Southwest Tennessee Community College (STCC) invites you to participate in a free, collaborative, regional professional development opportunity that focuses on equity and inclusion in second language learning communities, including ESL and world language learning communities at regional K-12 schools and higher education institutions.

This is a free professional development event for all registered participants, funded by the STCC Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence and the STCC Title III IDEAS Grant.

Closing equity gaps in student success for underrepresented minority populations
Connecting with other disciplines while using the target language to develop critical thinking and to solve problems creatively
Removing barriers for under-resourced students
Creating a culture of data-informed decision-making
Incorporating equitable and inclusive teaching practices
