Admissions to the Honors Program
Incoming freshman, transfer students and continuing students are all eligible to take part in the honors program. Incoming freshman must have at least a 3.25 high school GPA or a composite score of 21 or better on the ACT to be considered for honors program admission. Transfer and continuing students must have all academic developmental courses and at least six collegiate credit hours completed and have at least a 3.25 GPA.
To remain in good standing with the honors program, students must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher and earn a minimum number of honors credits per academic year based on their enrollment status. Full-time students must earn at least six honors credits per academic year, while part-time students must earn at least three honors credits per year.
