STUDENTS: Print 2019 Tax Forms in My.Southwest portal

All Southwest employees should have received their official 2019 1098-T Tax Forms in the mail last month.

For added convenience, students who worked for Southwest, also can print an official copy through their My.Southwest College portal.

STUDENTS: To print your official tax form, follow these steps below:

  • Login to the My.Southwest College Portal
  • Once inside the portal, click on HOME located in the top menu bar
  • To the left of the HOME webpage, scroll down and you will see a list of quick links
  • On your webpage, click on the link “Student Tax Form 1098-T”.  (Only students will see this link). 
  • For “Select Tax Year,” enter the tax year 2019 and click the Submit button. This will bring up the printable tax information.
